On Saturday, November 29th, Phoenix Flea will host its 12th annual Small Business Saturday Market in downtown Phoenix. As Arizona’s original Small Business Saturday event, Phoenix Flea offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to shop small and support more than 125 local businesses and food trucks, all gathered in Heritage Square and Science Park.
Phoenix Flea established in 2013 is a modern market showcasing the best makers, brands & curators from the Southwest! The Phoestivus holiday markets feature locally grown and produced gifts for holiday giving from more than 150 local vendors that showcase a variety of locally grown, produced and prepared foods as well as hand-crafted gift items, jewelry and holiday decorations by local artisans. Last year more than 6,000 participants and shoppers gathered in downtown Phoenix for these two nights of local shopping.
The Phoenix event boasts traditions like the Phoestivus Pole, Pheats of Strength, and the Airing of Grievances as well as Phoestivus Ale (brewed by Phoenix Ale Brewery), Phoestivus Reindeer (baby goats dolled up for the occasion) and a hipster Santa. Phoestivus began in 2009 and is the brainchild of Ken Clark from Get Your PHX.
This event is free to attend and family friendly.

Join Tom Budzak for an afternoon of creating one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces for holiday gifts (or to keep for yourself)! Blank ring holders, spoon rests, and heart dishes will be available for you to decorate using slip trailers or brushes. 15th Annual Self-Guided Ceramic Studio Tour
This Valleywide event presents the work of professional ceramic artists in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The tour offers the public a rare opportunity to view working and living spaces of participating artists and view demonstrations of wheel-throwing, hand-building and glazing techniques. Participating artists have a wide range of both functional and sculptural artwork on exhibit and for sale.
The tour is free to the public. Tom will be at Halldor Hjalmarson's Studio.
